Redemptoris Missio – Medicus Mundi Poland

The humanitarian aid foundation Redemptoris Missio - Medicus Mundi Poland has been established in the year 1992 at the Medical Faculty, Poznan. Although it deals mainly with the Polish Catholic missions abroad it acts irrespective of religion, nationality, age and gender.  It has three basic aims: training doctors, nurses, students and missionaries in basic elements of tropical medicine and global health; offer to the missions a personal support (medical doctors, nurses, students) as well as a material support (medicines, dressings, medical information); propagate information on missionary activities and developing countries problems among the students and in the society at large.
