Supporting development projects through personnel cooperation is a key aspect of church-based development work towards poverty reduction and justice. Working on a development cooperation, Peace Service or humanitarian aid project is no ordinary commitment and makes extraordinary demands.

This is why the Association for Development Cooperation AGEH works closely with donors, local project coordinators and applicants to find the best personnel solution to meet these demands.
