Die Föderation Medicus Mundi Spanien (FAMME) ist seit 1963 im Bereich der Gesundheitszusammenarbeit tätig. 16 regionale Medicus Mundi Vereinigungen - mit insgesamt 7'500 Parnern, 615 Freiwilligen und 70 Hauptberuflichen Mitarbeitern - haben sich zur FAMME zusammengeschlossen.
