Das Deutsche Medikamenten-Hilfswerk action medeor e.V. wurde 1964 mit
dem Ziel gegründet, bedürftige Menschen in den Entwicklungsländern mit
Basismedikamenten und medizinischem Equipment zu versorgen. Heute ist
action medeor das größte europäische Medikamenten- Hilfswerk und
versorgt in Zusammenarbeit mit einheimischen Partnern rund 10.000
Gesundheitsstationen mit Arzneimitteln und medizinischen Geräten in 140
Ländern der Erde.
